Meet Our Team
Founded in 2023, Dr. Nicole Lemoncelli and her team at Lemoncelli Eyecare in Nashville provide exceptional eye health and vision care services for all patients. We use the latest in diagnostic technology to provide innovative, modern eye care services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams, and more.
The optical in our Nashville location features a diverse selection of designer frames and precision lenses from top brands. With guidance from our knowledgeable staff, you’ll find the look you want and the features you need.
We are conveniently located on Charlotte Ave., not far from Ascension St. Thomas Hospital Midtown and Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Nicole Lemoncelli
Dr. Nicole Lemoncelli is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where she studied Biology at the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree, she went on to earn her Doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating, she continued her education by completing a one year residency program specializing in ocular pathology at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. She remained in the VA system for three years working in one of the VA’s Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Canton, OH, working closely with other medical professionals giving quality eye care to our Veterans.

Dr. Lemoncelli moved to Atlanta, GA in 2006 for one year during her husband’s ophthalmology fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery. They both moved to Nashville to begin working full-time.
She began her career at Ducklo Eyecare where she built many lasting relationships and lifelong friendships over a span of 15 years! She practiced full-scope optometry utilizing all the latest technology and fitting many types of contact lenses including those that correct astigmatism and presbyopia.
She resides in Nashville with her husband Terry, three beautiful daughters (Stella, Josie, and Norah), and two dogs (Ginger and Pepper). Eating dinner together each night is always a priority. When she is not at work, you might find her gardening, hiking, cooking, or reading a good novel. Her girls keep her pretty busy otherwise!
Rebecca Patterson
Rebecca Patterson believes glasses should do more than help you see—they should help you feel like yourself.
As an optician at Lemoncelli Eyecare and an apprentice under Dr. Lemoncelli, working toward licensure in Tennessee, Rebecca combines an artist’s eye with a genuine love of people. Before entering eyecare, she worked in everything from museum education, arts management, and ministry to finance and eldercare. Rebecca has always been drawn to work that centers on people, problem-solving, and meaningful connections.

Rebecca loves helping patients discover frames that highlight their personality and finding lens solutions that fit the way they actually live. Her approach is personal, patient, and comprehensive. Her goal is simple: she wants everyone to leave feeling more confident, more themselves, and excited about the glasses they wear. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, writing music, singing, spending time with her family, and spoiling her beloved dog and exceptionally clever cat.
Bianca Burnett
Bianca Burnett is our part-time optometric technician with more than 10 years of experience helping patients see their best. Bianca has spent her career combining expert care with a friendly, welcoming approach at practices including Loden Vision Centers and Ducklo EyeCare.
She loves working with the latest technology to support comprehensive eye care. Whether she’s capturing retinal images or helping patients feel at ease during their visit, Bianca is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to make people feel right at home.

When she’s not in the office, Bianca is usually planning her next adventure. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and making memories with her husband and infant daughter. If there’s a scenic trail to explore or a new destination to discover, she’s ready to pack a bag and go!
